A Blip on the Map

So you are riding a bus to get to your destination on a traffic filled highway. You have your destination mapped out using a digital map on your phone. You notice two accident blips and the bus passes them without a hitch. You think you are home free and then a huge multiple car accident causes the bus to topple over and you survive. You Check your map and notice a Blip on the map right where you are that wasn't there before.
